Toyota Camry V6 3.5L (2018–2024) Maintenance Schedule
This is the maintenance schedule for the eighth-generation Toyota Camry with the 3.5-litre 2GR-FKS V6, covering the 2018–2024 model years in the United States.
The V6 was sold in XLE, XSE, and TRD trims during this generation, depending on model year. Every eighth-generation V6 Camry was front-wheel drive. Toyota offered all-wheel drive only with the 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine, so the AWD tasks in Toyota’s combined Camry maintenance booklet do not apply here.
Toyota replaced this generation with the hybrid-only ninth-generation Camry for 2025. There is no direct V6 successor.
Updates
- August 2026: closed the model-year range at 2018–2024 and removed current-generation wording.
- Corrected the drivetrain scope: the 3.5-litre V6 was front-wheel drive only, so AWD differential, transfer-case, and propeller-shaft tasks were removed.

These are the main fluids and consumables for the 2GR-FKS V6. Confirm service-part numbers against the VIN before ordering.

Toyota uses a 5,000-mile (8,000 km), six-month inspection rhythm. The table below gives the main milestones; the full repeating table follows.

Toyota publishes one combined gasoline-Camry guide. This table removes AWD-only work because Toyota did not sell the 2GR-FKS V6 with all-wheel drive.

- T: using a car-top carrier or carrying heavy loads. This marker does not add AWD work.
- F: repeated trips under five miles in temperatures below 0°C (32°F).
- L: extensive idling or low-speed driving, including taxi, police, or delivery work.
Under normal use with 0W-20 oil, replace the oil and filter every 10,000 miles (16,000 km) or 12 months. Use the 5,000-mile (8,000 km), six-month interval when the severe-use letters apply.

Regional and drivetrain scope
This page uses the US schedule because Toyota sold the eighth-generation 3.5-litre V6 mainly in North America. Do not apply the former Europe/APAC table to this engine without checking the booklet supplied with the vehicle.
Toyota’s Camry booklet also includes AWD tasks for four-cylinder cars. They do not apply to the V6: official Toyota specifications state that AWD was unavailable on V6-equipped models.
About the 2018–2024 Toyota Camry V6
The eighth-generation Camry V6 uses Toyota’s 3,456 cc 2GR-FKS engine. It produces 224 kW (301 hp) at 6,600 rpm and 362 Nm (267 lb-ft) at 4,700 rpm, driving the front wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Toyota offered the engine in XLE V6, XSE V6, and TRD forms depending on model year. The TRD kept the standard engine tune but added chassis bracing, firmer and lower suspension, larger front brakes, 19-inch wheels, a tuned exhaust, and different bodywork.
The ninth-generation Camry that arrived for 2025 is hybrid-only. There is no later V6 schedule to merge into this page. Owners of the newer car should use Toyota’s 2025 Camry manuals until the dedicated ninth-generation hybrid guide is published.
